Q: How many bedrooms are in your traditional unfurnished apartments?
A: Currently we have two bedroom two bathroom apartments and three bedroom three bathroom apartments available!
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes, we allow pets that are not deemed aggressive in breed. Pet rent & fees do apply.
Q: Do you offer short-term leases?
A: Yes, we offer 3-5 month, 6 month, and 9 month leases. Short-term premiums will apply.
Q: Do you offer a waitlist?
A: Yes, we offer a waitlist year round, contact our leasing office to apply today!
Q: Are utilities included?
A: We have many options! You can choose to either have just your water included with your rent. Or you can choose to have your water, electric, cable with HBO, and wireless internet included!
Q: Is a washer and dryer included?
A: In our furnished apartments, there is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room! In our non-furnished apartments you may choose if you would like to have the washer and dryer included!
Q: How far are you from Camp Lejeune?
A: We are less than 1/4 mile from Camp Lejeune's Piney Green Gate, and about 2 miles from the Main Gate!
